Reloads on every change, like the spec says. Agents running now keep their slot. Open the raw file (2 agents, 1000 ms poll).

A working orchestrator after OpenAI’s Symphony spec: it polls a tracker, claims tickets, runs agents in their own workspaces, stops stalled runs, retries with backoff, and lands reviewed work on the page. The agents are small programs, not a model, slowed to reading speed. No tokens, nothing to prompt-inject, and every proof is a real computation.
